eWire provides high quality alarm systems at extremely competitive prices.  We do not give away “free” systems to entice customers to sign expensive long-term monitoring and service agreements, nor do we offer “lease to own” or other gimmick financing arrangements.  When you buy an alarm system from eWire, you own the system and have no further obligations.  Our monitoring prices are the lowest in the area!

• Complete systems quotes include all required parts, supplies, and labor.  There are no hidden costs.
• Alarm monitoring is $18/month (billed $54 quarterly) or $195/year (billed annually).
• There are no additional monitoring charges for systems with smoke and/or heat detectors (fire protection).
• Insurance companies typically give a 5-20% discount on homeowner’s insurance premiums to customers with monitored alarm systems (discounts vary by carrier).
• The basic service charge for work requiring an on-site visit is $84.00 (this fee includes up to 60 minutes of on-site time).  The hourly charge for on-site service beyond the first 60 minutes is $68/hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($17.00/15 minutes).  We do not charge for time spent traveling to and from parts suppliers.
• Programming that can be done off-site is $68/hour, billed in 15 minute increments ($17.00/15 minutes).
• Parts and supplies needed for repairs and system enhancements are sold at competitive rates.  We can usually offer a discount versus the published MSRP
